**Job Description**:

- ** Inventory Management and Reporting**:
Regular reporting on stock levels and allocation, preparing orders, and handling reports on unreturned apparel or equipment. Development of a streamlined requisition process across the business.
- ** Pre
- and Post-Activity Coordination**:
Engaging with team and functional area representatives before and after events (e.g., camps, matches) to confirm requirements for apparel, footwear, and equipment, manage customizations (like name and number printing), maintain sizing records, and ensure proper dispatch and return processes.
- ** Record Keeping**:
Maintaining detailed records of equipment and apparel allocation to different functional areas throughout the year.
- ** Workspace Management**:
Coordinating and upkeeping relevant storage areas and workspaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe.
- ** Additional Responsibilities**:
Undertaking other related duties as assigned by the Head of High-Performance Campaigns and Marketing and Partnership Manager, which may include overseeing laundering processes and ensuring consistent labelling of baggage.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in coordinating apparel, footwear and equipment within a high-performance sports environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of sports apparel, footwear and equipment industry trends and best practices
- Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers, athletes, and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards
- Proficient in using relevant computer software for inventory tracking and management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for sports and a commitment to supporting high-performance athletes and teams
