**Airsoft/Paintball Referee - World Challenge Tag Paintball and The Armory Airsoft**:
**Auckland, Rodney, Riverhead**

$23.15 - $26.00 Hourly

**Full training provided with pay increasing to up to $25+ per hour as you upskill. The key to this role is confidence with people and reliability**

**You must have**:

- Good communication skills and time keeping.
- The ability to professionally engage with a variety of customers.
- Confidence speaking in front of groups.
- Be of reasonable health and fitness.
- The ability to work weekends as part of a team and eventually solo.
- Your own vehicle and at least your restricted licence.

**Tasks and duties will include**:

- Refereeing games.
- Coaching/instructing how to use the rental equipment.
- Taking action photos.
- Maintaining the rental equipment and facility.
- Set-up and pack-down of rental equipment.

**Schedule**:

- Hours and days are flexible (open 7 days a week) so hours vary on availability due to the booking schedule with the majority in the weekend. As we are 1 of 3 Paintball fields left in Auckland we are receiving a high volume of business.
- Additional hours available for weekday maintenance of the venue for those with the right experience and interest.

**The role is located in Riverhead, roughly 30 minutes drive from Auckland's CBD, you will need reliable transportation to get there.**
