We are looking for a Finance Partner to join our Consumer SME Team in Finance Transformation and Enablement team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to support the Consumer and SME teams. With our Agile way of working, you will be part of a team of financial and data experts supporting the marketing and device functions of the business.**Day to day you will be involved in**:
Located in Auckland, you will be working in a cross-functional team supporting the Consumer and SME function of the business. Your focus will be:

- Transactional processing and making Commission payments to Consumer and SME staff.
- This role requires accountability and ownership on making sure payments are timely and accurate.
- The ability to understand and articulate big data sets.
- Working closely with our stakeholders in Consumer and SME Segments providing insights.
- Monthly Balance Sheet Recs.
- Financial tasks such as month end journals/accruals.
- You need to be curious, always on the hunt for process improvement and automation of tasks.
- Provide Support to the channels area of the business on Ad Hoc tasks.

**What experience you'll bring?**
- Excellent in MS Excel and experience in D365.
- Experience in PoweriBI and SQL would be advantageous.
- Someone who thrives working on a challenge in a fast-paced and upbeat environment with a great eye in detail.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting, with CA/CPA qualification would be advantageous.
- You have an analytical approach to problem solving, are able to come up with creative solutions and make effective decisions despite constraints such as limited information, too much information, high complexity and limited time.
- You have energy, a positive attitude, are a fast learner, take responsibility for your deliverables, are able to manage priorities and deadlines, and are proactive in preventing/dealing with issues as they arise.
- You have excellent relationship management and communication skills, work collaboratively within and across teams, and are able to articulate complex ideas in a simple way (both written and verbally).
