You are a Registered Midwife with an experience within a large tertiary hospital and are ready to further develop your practice within the Perioperative environment. You will be self-motivated and have evidence of continuing education through a professional portfolio. You will be flexible, resilient and innovative working in partnership with women and their chosen LMC.

**Te whiwhinga mahi| The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Liver team at Te Toka Tumai Auckland as a Liver Nurse specialist with specialty focus on Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). Your primary responsibility is to provide specialised nursing care and case management to patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) along the patient pathway from diagnosis, through their journey along either a palliative care pathway or referral to NZLTU for liver transplant assessment.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

It is essential that you meet the following criteria:

- Have at least 3-5 years post-graduate experience, preferably in surgical and/or liver experience.
- Interact effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and service members
- Maintain safe cultural practice and develop your cultural knowledge
- Have NZ nursing registration with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
