Office Administrator

**We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Glen Innes**

We are just out here trying to provide a sweet as experience to make life easier for the customer. We are looking for an Office Administrator to help keep us running smoothly and efficiently back of house and on top front of house

**The Role.**
- Accurate processing of wages (editing adjustments on a daily basis) and addressing employee pay related enquiries.
- Paying bills and sending processed invoices etc through to Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
- Responsible for management of daily processing of sales banking including control of non-cash items such as vouchers, Xmas club stamps, coupons, income support, charge sales, end of week reconciliation of sales banking, change float management, and end of week review of checkout operator results including auditing of “sensitive” transactions.
- Undertaking general office duties.
- Work with the Senior management to build long-term plans for the store.

**What are we looking **for.**
- An ability to listen, advise and come up with commercially savvy, customer-driven, solutions.
- Prior payroll experience - further Accounts Assistants/Credit Management/AP/AR experience beneficial.
- Applied performance coaching, training and development of your people.
- Logical thinking, reasoning and problem solving.
- Have SAP experience.
