Due to continued growth Brandt have multiple positions available for Wholegoods Settlements Administrators in our Pukekohe Head Office location. This position is responsible for the administration and invoicing equipment sales, including account reconciliations and special reports.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Validate costs associated with deals prior to invoicing.
- Analyse deal to maximise sales programs and conform to supplier's requirements.
- Processing and invoicing sales deals in Brandt computer system.
- Complete associated Supplier transactions for the sales deals.
- Receipting of trades into inventory.
- Preparing and posting journal entries associated with invoicing.
- Monthly/Weekly reconciliations of various sales related GL accounts and reports.
- Prioritise tasks with assistance from supervisor.
**Required Skills**:
- Desire to understand key requirements of the sales dept and suppliers.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and suggest solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and professional.
- Understand and respect the duty of confidentiality.
- and be able to travel internationally.
- A recent driver's abstract will be required.
