**About **the opportunity**

We're looking for a **Sales Cadet **to join T&G's fresh produce sales team in Tauranga. In this role, you'll support our experienced sales team to sell and procure across all fruit and vegetable categories.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with growers, customers and colleagues
- Develop skills in pricing, quoting, and negotiation
- Support the sales team to create quotes and promotions
- Enter and process sales orders in SAP
- Once you’re up and running, manage your own portfolio of categories and customers
