**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Receptionist. This multifaceted role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of our hostel while also delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hostel, including dormitories, common areas, and bathrooms.
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions using our reservation system.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and hostel amenities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
