We are seeking a confident and experienced Podiatrist to join our team and deliver senior podiatry services to people referred to the Diabetes - High Risk Foot Service.

As a Senior Podiatrist, you will be responsible for the management of people with diabetes and active foot complications; providing clinical expertise, coordination of care, assessment, treatment and education while promoting independence and self-management of the patient.

You will have strong clinical skills along with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within the team and with other service providers.

It is essential that you are a **NZ Registered Podiatrist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate** and have experience specifically related to diabetes.

We particularly welcome expressions of interest from individuals who:

- have a minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- have experience and skills working with people from a range of cultural backgrounds
- have a patient centred/whanau approach to care delivery
