We currently have a 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Social Worker in the Social work team working on the adult inpatient wards at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti.
This position involves working with patients and their whanau, community and other agencies and is focused on assisting individuals and their families/whanau when they are in hospital to support the discharge process working with an MDT approach.
The remuneration range for this role is $68,371 - $83,030 and is covered by the Degree-based Allied, Public Health & Technical pay scale in the PSA Allied MECA Allied, Public Health & Technical Multi Employer Collective Agreement.

Moū - About you
- hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work recognised by and registered with the New Zealand Social Work Registration Board and a current APC
- hold a full New Zealand drivers licence
- have experience in the sector of a minimum of 2-3 years experience

You will enjoy building and maintaining professional relationships plus contributing to effective service delivery.
