**About the role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, as an experienced manufacturing operator your main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing of our Animal Health products (Liquids Dose products). You will be required to comply with pharmaceutical good manufacturing practices (GMP), principles and protocols and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards in a safe and timely manner.

**We have two permanent positions available**:
**Day Shift** is from 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday,

**Night Shift** is from 10:00pm - 6:00am, however flexibility is required to work overtime and during the weekend as necessary.

**Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Ensure timely preparation and availability of all materials to avoid shortage during production.
- Performing in-process quality testing to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality.
- Operating assembly, packing and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are packed to a high quality
- Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineer
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
- Ensure all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated between batches
- Production batch documentation is completed accurately and is compliance to cGMP standards
- A proven manufacturing background [4 years minimum] in an environment with a strong focus on quality and following SOP’s
- Pharmaceutical/animal health industry experience preferred but not essential
- Work experience in a GMP environment is essential
- Good understanding of health and safety issues
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- A current fork hoist licence preferred but not essential
