About the role
- Reporting directly to the ESH Manager you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of health, safety, environment & sustainability for operations in Sime Darby Motors NZ.
- Support the identification, development, and delivery of HSE training programmes.
- Provide coaching and support the development of systems to ensure that effective risk management practices are embedded across the organisation and risk-based decision-making occurs consistently.
- Partner with the business and support regional management teams to maintain safe systems of work and implement best practice, including providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support as needed.

Skills and experience
- Previous experience in an HSE/OSH role, preferable in automotive-related industry.
- A tertiary qualification in the Health and Safety or Environmental field.
- Minimum five years' experience in a Safety Advisor role.
