The Role;
This is an opportunity for somebody that lives and breathes Agile and has a delivery-focused mindset. This role will involve 80% Scrum Master, 20% BA work.

You will be responsible for leading a scrum team across an integration stream as two businesses come together. You will be active in mentoring, coaching, and developing so your team can deliver initiatives.

We are looking for somebody that really understands the benefits of Agile and who can help to create a strong culture as two teams combined.

Key Skills and Experience;

Previous experience leading the Scrum setup and implementing best practice

Previous delivery experience across technology projects

Ability to distinguish “what is scrum” and “what is not scrum”

Strategically remove organisational impediments

Facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution

Self-managing, driven, and ambitious

A mix of experience as a BA, Delivery Lead or Project Manager would be advantageous
