The Tours Operations Specialist works on the growth of our educational tours division on a global scale, developing our end-to-end service offering from creating new educational tours, through to marketing, sales and the day-to-day operations when they are live.

This is a full-time position, that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

**What are the main responsibilities for this role?**
- Lead the service delivery and organisation for all tours, including, but not limited to, planning and developing tour itineraries, client onboarding, on-the-ground logistics, and staffing
- Act as the project manager for all tours and liaise with key internal stakeholders to deliver effective marketing campaigns, including development of key content assets, digital marketing optimisation, website and landing page management, and local area promotion
- Ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures and safety policies
- Manage external client communications before, during and after the tours
- Develop, nurture and maintain global networks and partnerships with individuals, businesses and organisations to expand the product offering and unique value points
- Work with internal teams to build market knowledge with the aim of identifying product development areas
- Create sales training resources to upskill internal teams to raise product awareness and increase exposure to the product offering with the aim of hitting enrollment targets
- Keep track of financial budgets and implement strategies, such as establishing key supplier relationship, to ensure profitability and margins

**What skills and experience are required?**
- Strong planning and organisational skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of execution concurrently
- Project or product management experience, especially projects or product with many moving parts and requiring logístical planning
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to build up global networks and partnerships
- Experience in customer support or client facing roles needed to support both parents and students before, during and after the tours
- Ability to travel to the US, the UK and the EU to supervise or lead the tours preferred
- Sales and marketing experience or knowledge a plus
- Experience in tourism or educational tours a plus
