**You**:
The role of Data & Tech Analyst is not new to you, you will have demonstrated experience in an Analyst or similar role. Data drives you, and you are passionate about using strong data and digital marketing principles alongside business context and strategy, to ultimately deliver best-in-class timely marketing campaigns. You understand how to tag, track, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, in addition to analysing and measuring effectiveness.

You have the natural ability to forge strong relationships with all departments, good communication skills across all levels is crucial and key to your success in this role.

**This role**:
This roles offers a terrific opportunity to join our industry renowned Data & Tech team. You’ll continue to build on a solid understanding of tools and platforms, best process, and an impressive understanding of the data landscape and how to develop, execute, and optimise digitally-led, integrated marketing campaigns.

You’ll be supported by your team as you hone your skills, and you will play a key role in your team supporting our relentless pursuit to deliver best-in-class automated marketing campaigns and programs on behalf of our clients through digital channels.

**FCB Data & Tech**:
The Data & Technology team at FCB provide a key function within our integrated agency, unlocking client potential through bridging the gap between the techies and the business professionals.

The Data & Tech function is to help our clients understand how they can achieve better results from their marketing and business investments by using various analytical methods to identify opportunities for growth and developing a strategic approach to improve business outcomes.

Data & Tech are a collaborative and intercollegiate team, supporting our clients with this analytical approach to problem solving.

We take our clients on the journey for change, bringing the combined collective depth of expertise in the domains of strategy, insights, modelling, analytics and data enablement to help them articulate and implement strategies that are focused on business outcomes. Ultimately, delivering a proven contribution to their organisation’s success.

**Key to your success, you’ll need to be**:

- Clear, confident communication skills, ability to deliver consice information with both your team members, and the wider agency teams
- Proactive, intuitive and fiercely detail orientated
- Proficient in d, have coding specific skills in SQL, Python, C#
- Confident, and able to build relationships easily both internally & externally with key stakeholders,
- You’ll have strong organisational skills
- Be a team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing
- Interested, passionate and willing to keep updated on industry trends and innovations
- Highly accurate and able to comfortably juggle a range of tasks and projects
- Ambitious, proactive, self motivated with a desire to learn

**You’ll have**:

- Certification in Marketing Cloud Intelligence (a.k.a Datorama)
- Experience in Media either in a former role or internship
- Advantageous to have an education / degree in Computer Science
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to present and deliver insights and findings in clear and concise laymans terms
- Experience/understanding of working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and data for technology driven marketing
- Experience mining and analyzing data to drive optimization and improvement of marketing techniques and business strategies.
- Experience with reporting and data visualisation
