We are looking for Office Administrator to join our team.

**To be successful for this role, you must**:

- Have a qualification in bookkeeping/accounting OR a minimum of 1 year work experience at a similar role.
- Have excellent business acumen, communication & leadership skills.
- Be well organized with good time management
- Be honest and enthusiastic with a positive and mature attitude

**You will be responsible for**:

- Invoicing to growers/packhouses as per work completed/scheduled.
- Follow up for payments as applicable.
- Recording payments and reconciling accounts receivables
- Managing all the bills, accounts payable.
- Record money outgoing and reconcile accounts payable.
- Manage all financial records.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Keep track of all financial transactions and prepare monthly accounts.
- Ensure that all accounts and financial transactions are appropriately recorded, balanced, and reconciled.
- Liaise with company’s accountant, IRD and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure all IRD obligations such as GSTs, Tax payments are up to date.

Payrate - $30-$35 per hour

Minimum Hours - 30 per week

Location of Work - Bay of Plenty Region
