**Summary**
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a good spread of knowledge and understanding of product development and engineering operations to grow DevOps capacity and help deliver amazing change to the way in which we delivery world beating software.
Our open source Talent Experience Platform is deployed by our global partner network in corporations, government agencies, and organisations around the world. It runs in a wide range of environments, browsers, and devices, and is integrated with a large number of other systems. Our partners extend and customise our platform and products to meet the needs of their customers.
We have an existing DevOps capability, but it is small and we want to grow We will be building a team of exceptionally talented people and you would play a critical role working with the DevOps team, and the wider R&D team in helping to deliver new high value, high impact products and services.
Our products need to be powerful and configurable for admins, but also simple and fun for non-technical users. They must perform well at scale, and be localised and accessible by default. We use and support the software that we produce, and take a lot of pride in the quality and robustness of the solutions we produce, and we have well-defined processes for testing and maintaining that level of quality and consistency across our teams.
**The role**
We're in the process of evolving and growing our DevOps team. The team will work to an outcome driven approach methodology to identify and deliver value to our R&D team, partners and subscribers. You'll be involved in all aspects of the solutioning and delivery and your past experiences and knowledge will be put to good use in helping us ensure we're taking the best possible approach and are continuing to deliver enterprise quality solutions.
The solutions you help create will be well architected, high quality, documented, and maintainable. Your team will support you, and you'll support them.
Where there are opportunities to align work to your interests we'll jump to make that happen. If upskilling is required we'll support you on that journey.

- You will have experience in DevOps, including continuous integration solutions, release manager, development process enablement, release management, and system maintenance.
- You put a high value on security, stability and performance and are interested in ensuring these are monitored and our solutions are optimised.
- You will understand how research and development environments can evolve, and how you can help ensure that solutions meet needs, both now and into the future.
- You will be have participated in researching new and alternative technologies, evaluating ideas, concepts and designs, aligning technology to strategy, and communicating with the team.
- You will be skilled with commonly encountered DevOps tools and AWS services, including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.
