Student Health provides health care services for students at the University of Otago and is staffed by 63 full and part-time employees. The large and diverse health team and the distinctive campus provide a stimulating and challenging multidisciplinary work environment.

**_ The role/Te mahi_**

Our Clinical Activity Coordinator, provides high-quality, proactive, and responsive support to the Head of Student Health Services, Practice Manager and Clinical Group Leaders with ongoing internal projects and initiatives.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring Student Health’s processes and resources are up to date and fit for purpose. In addition you will coordinate and lead the clinic’s accreditation processes, to ensure Student Health is compliant with regulations and directions from external bodies such as Te Whatu Ora.

- A relevant undergraduate tertiary or equivalent level qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
- Proven experience in data analysis and presentation.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Previous experience in project coordination.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of IT competency.

Must be comfortable and able to work in a busy clinical environment and meet the requirements of working in a medical facility. For example (but not limited to), as required by Te Whatu Ora, wear a mask, or meet other required Health and Safety standards.
