The opportunity:
The purpose of our Vitality Product Manager is to identify opportunities to enhance the core AIA Vitality product.
You will manage the product roadmap for all channels while developing the programme in a way that maximises value for members, makes the product attractive to distribution partners, and enables AIA to achieve its core purpose of helping customers live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving continuous innovation and managing the Vitality product roadmap- Building a pipeline of short, medium and long term interventions in the programme to deliver sustainable value to members- Ensuring a comprehensive and up to date understanding of the New Zealand health and wellbeing market- Leading all aspects of the product lifecycle management, including ideation, market research, positioning, training, change management and implementation- Ensuring customer feedback (via member verbatims, member research) is incorporated into product design- Research and content creation for internal use, and to support roadshows and adviser webinars- Defining reporting requirements for product performance monitoring.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Prior Product Management experience - preferably within insurance or financial services- Strong communication skills, written and verbal- Research and analytical expertise- Effective stakeholder management skills- Experience presenting and facilitating.
