- **Full-time Customer Oriented Invoicing/Inventory superstar** to join our brand-new team and store and be part of a growing and well-loved family business. (Please note that internally this role is called a Pharmacy Assistant)- In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Unloading vehicles, opening packages and removing contents.
- Operating computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock.
- Labelling goods with details of storage location.
- Informing customers on current sales and promotions in store
- Assisting customers with general queries
- Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
- Recommending vitamins and natural health care products
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

- Have some prior experience with Invoicing/ Inwards goods and/or Inventory
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
- Eye for detail and accuracy, data entry and client/supplier care
- Applicants with NZ Certificate in Pharmacy Level 3 - 4 is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience within a retail pharmacy is desirable
- Knowledge of pharmacy products and vitamins (not essential)
