**The role**:
As a Civil Engineering Leader at Cosgroves, you will:
Lead Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects: Spearhead the design and execution of significant horizontal infrastructure projects, ensuring their successful completion within time and budget constraints.

Stakeholder Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Team Management: Assist with managing and mentoring a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

To join our team, ideally you'll have the following skills and qualifications:

- Relevant Washington Accord bachelor's degree + 10 years' industry experience.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale horizontal infrastructure projects.
- Strong design orientation with an eye for innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to quality assurance and safety.
- Proficiency with Civil 3d and familiarity with other industry software and tools.
