Workshop Technician

**About the opportunity**:
Our client is an award-winning, centrally based design studio and signage workshop, supporting ambitious businesses throughout New Zealand. They are now looking to add an enthusiastic and creative technician to join the team.

**Role description**:
Overall, you will be trained to complete a wide range of signage build and installation services duties.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Planning and organising projects including site measures, to make sure all elements are delivered to spec in a timely manner

**This role will suit someone with some of the following background / experience / qualities**:

- General Construction and/or Fabrication skills
- Experience in Cabinetry Fabrication of Metals and/or Wood Experience
- Experience in the Signage Industry would be fantastic but is not essential
- An ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative and creative environment
- A great team player attitude
