**About The Role**

Be part of a team that works in partnership with Fonterra to implement their training programmes within manufacturing and logistics.

In this role you would:

- Develop, grow, and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external team members. We are a team of 4 within PITO Te Pukenga who work side by side with a team of 10-15 of our colleagues at Fonterra to support learners through manufacturing and logistics training at level 3 and 4 on the NZQA framework.
- Carry out assessment of learners within an online Learning Management System whilst ensuring there is consistency across a national business.
- Monitor and support learners to be engaged and successful.

This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) could be based in Christchurch, Invercargill or Timaru.

**Skills & Experience**

You would ideally have:

- Experience in Assessment in the workplace. (Formal NZQA Assessment training would be fabulous)
- Computer literacy
- Great verbal and written communication with the ability to problem-solve.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organisation skills
- An ability to relate to people from all walks of life and deliver impeccable customer service.

Previous dairy processing sector experience would beneficial, however is not a requirement.
