Chef de Partie

**The Wayward Pigeon is looking for a new Junior Chef and Chef de Partie to join our team**

The Wayward Pigeon is a Bar/Restaurant located in Hamilton having established itself a fantastic name in regards to both food and service amongst its large local base. This state of the art “local pub” services the suburbs of Rototuna, Chartwell and Queenwood. The Wayward Pigeon features designated bar, restaurant and function areas as well as a number of well appointed outside areas and balconies with great views of the surrounding area. Basically, working here never gets boring

**What we’re looking for**:

- Have experience working in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a similar role
- Basic culinary skills and a passion for taking them to the next level
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions to a high standard
- Willingness to be hands-on during key service times - weekends and evenings included
- Ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
- A love of a collaborative work environment
