**CTP Specialist**:
**The Role**

Right now, our Gisborne office is looking for new sales and service superstars to help new or existing AAMI, GIO, Apia & Shannons CTP (Compulsory Third Party) customers by asking the right questions to determine their insurance requirements or supporting their queries. **What you’ll do**

Receiving a high volume of calls regarding AAMI, GIO, Apia & Shannons CTP insurance products, you will
- Deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products that provides value for our customers
- Identifying the appropriate insurance policies to meet customer requirements
- Achieve customer sales and service targets set for all customer segments

**What you’ll bring**

To be successful, you will need:

- To build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a passion to be your best
- Experience in a sales role with the ability to follow a compliant sales process and a proven track record in achieving sales targets is highly regarded
- Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate resilience
- Good computer literacy and navigation skills

**Hours & Work from home setup**

We have multiple permanent full time & part time opportunities. Available shift options are below:

- Option 1 - 37.5 hours per week - 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, starting anytime on a roster between 8am-10am
- Option 2 - 24.5 hours per week - 4 days per week, Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday starting anytime on a roster between 8am-12:30pm
- Option 3 - 24.5 hours per week - 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday starting anytime on a roster between 8am-12:30pm
- Option 4 - 19.5 hours per week - 3 days per week, Monday, Friday & Saturday starting anytime on a roster between 8am-12:30pm

As these are work at home roles you will need:

- A home phone line installed in the working room, internet connection, second screen and a home office set up. (Laptop provided)
- To live within a distance to travel to our Gisborne Office

**Training**

We offer 5 weeks full time training from the 6th of March, Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm, onsite in our Gisborne office.
