**What's the job?**

Based at our beautiful Charles Upham Retirement Village in Rangiora_,_ you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our Serviced Apartments
- Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide support to your clinical manager

We have a full-time role available working Tuesday to Saturday 0800 - 1630.

**Who are you?**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse and current APC
- The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
- Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
