We have an exciting new opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Enliven Team.
- Champion safe moving people and equipment across Enliven home based and day services.
- Provide oversight and support to the trained team of Support Worker Moving & Handling Mentors
- Provide contractual Occupational Therapy requirements for Enliven clients in the Waikato region.

**You are a good fit for our team if**:

- You are a qualified Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years’ experience.
- You have a strong interest in promoting safe moving people and equipment
- Have a current Practising Certificate
- You are based in Auckland or Waikato, with ability to travel within our PSN region
- Ability to build relationships and positively influence others
- You have a coaching style of working
- Ability to work independently but also part of a team
- Capability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well-developed organisational skills
- An understanding of the restorative approach to service delivery in the home care based environment
