**Mōu | Who You Are**

To be successful in the role, you will have experience at the interface of communication, political science, international relations and related fields, and a relevant PhD. You will have experience in using computational and quantitative methodologies. You will be proficient in teaching and developing a reflective pedagogical practice, with experience at tertiary level. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of recent developments in both research/scholarship and professional practice in quantitative methodologies. You will have a growing research portfolio through your doctoral studies, or be developing a research practice. Experience of working in multidisciplinary research teams would be an advantage.
