**About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga**

Your role as a Crest Coordinator is crucial in delivering integrated and client-centered referral management and coordination services across all our Nursing contracts. You play a vital part in facilitating the seamless flow of referrals into our organization, ensuring that the processes of receiving, triaging, workload allocation, and administrative functions are standardized throughout the business.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, your role is to complete the initial welcome call and coordinate the delivery of appropriate and high-quality services to meet their individual needs
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all information received and new referrals are passed to the relevant branch/clinician in a timely manner
- Recieving and monitoring the CREST referrals
- Coordinate the HCNZ ACC Nursing referrals, involving entering referrals into the CMS, loading services, budgets, and schedules
- Manage the weekly timesheets of the relevant teams, reconciling against the CMS data to ensure accurate payments to employees and correct billing to the funder
- Provide relevant reports and other documentation to management as required

- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, along with advanced data entry skills
- Previous administration support, particularly in the use of client management and/or other data and record based electronic systems
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills and capability
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and level-headed under pressure with a mature attitude to the workplace
- Confident and self-assured
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills and clear, responsive, and professional telephone manner
- Ability to manage own time effectively and work with minimum supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required and a willingness to learn other computer programs
