- Building and facilities maintenance coordination
- Front line customer service, travel arrangements
- Technology support
- Administrative support
- Fleet coordination and a variety of other tasks and functions.

- Experience in an office support or comparable role is preferred - ideally with a focus on facilities/technology/logistics

- The desire and ability to build strong relationships across the business
- Sound knowledge of technology - laptops, mobile phones, Microsoft office 365 suite - preferably experienced with MS Teams.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector. Ko wai mātou | About us The Corporate Support Group underpins everything Waka Kotahi does. They are an enabler, an advisor and the people who keep the Agency safe. Corporate Support includes Finance, Legal, Risk and Assurance, Research and Analytics, Procurement, and Enterprise Change. For the Agency to be successful, Corporate Support needs to deliver quality services efficiently. The Business Support team ensures that everyone at Waka Kotahi has access to great workplace facilities, tools and equipment to help them do their job and support them as they go about their work. This team is key to making the Agency a great place to work.
