**The role**
As a Civil Worker, you’ll be assisting the team with Directional drilling, trenching and general civil works to support our Northpower team.- Transport materials to and from sites and do site preparation and post-job clean-up
- Carry out hazard identification, underground obstructions and set up safe sites to relevant Safe Work Practices
- Perform manual labouring tasks like excavating, backfilling, equipment and cable installation
- Discuss worksite safety risks identified at the site with the supervisors and project managers and the effective controls to mitigate risks

- Minimum class 1 licence for 6 months and willing to upskill to a class 2 licence
- Physically fit and be able to lift heavy weights up to 20Kg
- A great work attitude and willingness to be part of a diverse team along with a strong focus to health & safety
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate well
