As our café manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation, including ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and supplies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.

In addition to your management duties, you'll have the opportunity to work with our superstar technicians, coffee roasters and baristas, who are passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. This opportunity will require some weekend hours, working full-time hours based at our L’affare café on College Street, Wellington central.
