Civil Project Engineer opportunity in Auckland with tier one contractor - Immediate start

**Your new company**
This Tier 1 Civil Contractor located in Auckland is renowned for their work in the construction of New Zealand's infrastructure. They have an unparalleled track record in the heavy civil structures arena, including a selection of ventures varying from state-highway bridges & flyovers, tunnels, docks & marinas and more.

**Your new role**
Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and carrying out a weekly work program
- Ensuring the project is adequately resourced
- Completing daily job logs for all works and filing appropriately
- Carrying out surveys and setting out
- Producing quantities for monthly progress claims
- Sourcing and hiring additional machinery for the project with approval

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant engineering degree
- Background in civils, drainage, earthworks and pavements
- Understanding of quality management principals
- Computer literacy specifically with Microsoft Excel and Data Collection Software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- A Team player
- Able to build long term relationships
