Our Psychology Services team is expanding and we are looking for someone with energy and drive to deliver psychological services to better enable the NZ Intelligence Community.
The team has been established to develop, maintain and oversee the delivery of psychological services to support the people in our community.

**About the role**:
You'll have a breadth of post-graduate Clinical and/or Forensic experience, including the assessment of Axis I and Axis II disorders, behavioural analysis, profiling methodology, and data analytics.

**Day to day you'll be involved with**:

- Consultation and strategic advice with providers and stakeholders
- Undertake strategic behavioural and data analysis to inform and guide staff about best practices
- Provide psycho-education and skills training to enable better performance
- Provide Psychological testing, screening and/or assessments
- Recommend and guide around prevention and management of risk

**About you**:
**We are looking for someone with**:

- Well-developed behavioural analysis and psychological testing and assessment skills
- Experience providing training in psychological skills
- Aptitude to provide specialist advice and consultation to operational staff
- Ability to operate in a dynamic work environment
- Data analytic and investigative skills

You will also be a qualified Clinical Psychologist, with a minimum of a Masters level qualification and registered to practice with the NZ Psychologists Board.
