**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant.

Working in a busy kitchen, reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Assistant is responsible for washing and sanitising crockery and cutlery and assisting in tasks relating to cleaning and sanitising the kitchen and its operations.

To be successful in this role:

- You will be proficient in English in order to communicate at hand over daily with other team members
- You will be well presented
- You will be a self-motivated, energetic individual that works quickly and remains positive in order to collect meal trays from patient rooms; wash and sanitise dishes and store them correctly; clean the kitchen areas according to the schedule; service the coffee machines on a daily basis; clear dishes and stock up our tea rooms and maintain and clean the kitchen floor
- You will have an excellent work ethic and team culture
- You will be experienced in a similar role in a busy restaurant or food service environment
