We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join the Roti Bros team at the Rhythm & Vines Festival. As a **Pie Sales Member**, you will be the face of Roti Bros, ensuring that all festival-goers receive top-tier service while enjoying our mouthwatering pies. You will be responsible for both front-of-house customer interaction and assisting with food preparation and packaging in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service**: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring each customer feels valued and has a positive experience.
- ** Food Preparation & Sales**: Serve delicious pies and assist in food preparation (if required). Ensure the food is presented neatly and consistently to the highest standards.
- ** Cash Handling**: Process transactions accurately using our POS system. Handle cash and card payments with care and ensure accurate change is given.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- ** Health & Safety Compliance**: Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained throughout the event.
- ** Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing. Ensure food storage and waste management protocols are adhered to.
- ** Customer-Focused**: A friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality. You love engaging with people and providing excellent service.
- ** Fast-Paced Worker**: Able to work under pressure in a high-energy, busy environment. You’ll stay calm, organized, and positive, even during peak hours.
- ** Team Player**: Able to work effectively as part of a team, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency at all times.
- ** Flexible & Reliable**: Available to work across all event days from December 28th to 31st, with reliable transportation to and from the festival.
- ** Experience in Hospitality (preferred)**: Previous experience in food service, cash handling, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
- ** Passion for Food and Festivals**: An interest in good food and a love for live events is a big plus
