A Pae Tukutuku is critical to the successful daily operation of the Māori Land Court and makes a huge positive difference in the lives of tangata whenua.

You will be required to assist with setting up the facilitation of our dispute resolution process, draft submissions and reports from the Court's records, and conduct whakapapa research to determine ownership details.

To be successful in the role in this role you will have experience in customer service, both in front line and written capacities. With these strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to act with tact and discretion. We are searching for someone who is looking to have time and training invested into them so that they may continue to pursue careers further within the Ministry of Justice.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be highly organised
- Have strong standard of written and oral communication
- Have solid computer skills
- Have strong research abilities
- Have an understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns in particular Tikanga Māori
- Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively

**Utu ā-tau/**Salary**

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $52,729 and $74,441 based on skills and experience.
