Programme Assistant for our Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes

Duties included but not limited to:

- Supervise and assist children in programme activities e.g. art and craft, sport, games, offsite visits and activities (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking/cooking, drama and music.
- Ensure the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times.
- Maintain the approved sKids behaviour management operating standards and systems at all times.
- Keep all information regarding the children and parents confidential at all times, allowing access only to duly authorised people and staff at all times.
- Liaise with Programme Manager, parents and guardians as necessary in a timely manner to ensure open and timely communication.
- Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list.
- Sign in and out on days rostered to work as per operating procedures.

Education and Experience:

- Holder of Food safety, Hygiene and First Aid certifications would be an advantage. Should you still lack these qualifications, full training will be provided.
- Previous experience working in childcare programmes.
- Previous experience in the behaviour management of school aged children.
- Previous experience following and delivering activity programmes.
- Full clean drivers license is an advantage.
