- Adhere to quality control measures to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying moderately heavy packages.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience as a Pick Packer is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible availability to work on a casual basis, including weekdays and weekends.
