We are based in Mt Wellington and support our team with a hybrid working model.

**About the role**
- Building capability and competence across our team through fit for purpose, quality training
- Develop and deliver a suite of training modules tailored to the needs of team.
- Maintain effective training documentation and records.
- Collaborate with People & Culture to develop an annual L&D plan, maximising ROI.
- Delivering engaging, interactive training utilising a range of contemporary techniques and learning styles Uphold Taikura values, ensuring respect and inclusivity are modelled in all aspects of the role.

**About you**
- Experience developing and delivering a broad range of training material.
- Able to work with teams and individuals to assess competence and identify training needs.
- Engaging communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Highly collaborative and organised, with good understanding of process and systems
- Understand the NASC process and passionate about improving the lives of those living with disabilities. Committed to Taikura's values.
