**The Opportunity**

Our graduate program, offers, hands-on learning in a commercial environment where you’ll be exposed to a wide range of what we offer across our broker network, life division, specialities and consulting areas within New Zealand. Given of the diversity of our teams, we look for a wide range of skills, interests, and backgrounds. Show us your strengths, and we’ll work with our teams to select four six-month rotations unique to you.

During your 18 months Launch experience, you’ll have committed people leaders guide you through each rotation, a buddy who’ll share experiences with you, as well as support along the way from a senior business mentor and an assigned home business unit.

The program gives your experience across various insurance products, and, upon successful completion of our program, we’ll work together to find you a permanent role within our organisation. This is due to start late January, early February.

- Have the desire to learn and grow within a global organisation
- Are able to work in teams and cultivate relationships
- Have a positive attitude
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Can illustrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

To qualify for Launch, you must have either NZ/Australian Citizenship or permanent residency and be currently residing in NZ. Extracurricular activities such as involvement in sports, voluntary programs, or part-time work are also encouraged. We know you work hard. We want to hear about it
