The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 18 residential facilities throughout New Zealand.

At Ultimate Care Palliser House we provide a peaceful and comforting environment for our residents with a warm country feel.

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable person, who has a passion for Cooking and the elderly. The role entails providing nutritious and attractive meals to our residents.

**About the Role**:

- **Casual shifts available**:

- Assisting and preparation of food and meals to a high standard
- Menu is on a 4 week rotation
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene practice at all times
- Cleaning up food preparation areas and kitchens
- Operating the dishwasher
- Handling food deliveries

**About You**:

- Savvy knowledge of food prep and safety
- Knowledge of food safety standards (167/168)
- Food Handling certificate required or support to work towards
- Dedicated and reliable
- Caring nature and passionate about working with the elderly
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
