Appointment Coordinator, Gastroenterology Service

Do you have a motivated and switched on attitude? Are you adaptable and looking for a new challenge? Could you excel in a changing environment? If so read on.
In this role you will be responsible for logging and loading referrals, some procedure wait-list management and negotiating appointments with patients directly. Meeting and greeting patients as they arrive in the department and. You will have the opportunity to be part of each step of our patient’s journey.
For this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for working with patients
- A strong customer focus
- Excellent administration skills
- Be team minded
- IPM and Concerto experience is a distinct advantage for this role, although training will be provided
