Site Administrator

HEB Construction are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and efficient Site Administrator to join a highly skilled team based in Tauranga /Te Puke. This exciting opportunity will have you working within our Precast division to provide support and administration across a broad range of general commercial functions. Your days will be varied, and your responsibilities will include coordinating the administration of financial processes, coordinating and entering weekly payroll, providing support to the management team, liaising with stakeholders, health and safety support, and much more.
- At least 2 years' experience in related administration roles
- Demonstrated experience in writing reports and assessments
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Experience in communications and engagement planning would be advantageous
- Secondary level qualification
- Current class 1 driver licence
