Night Porter

The Night Porter role is vital to the running of our operation and plays a key role in the security of our property.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the night shifts, including meeting and greeting guests who arrive late
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints during the night shift
- Assisting with late-night guest services such as room service or luggage delivery
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks or troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Providing information to guests regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Overseeing the security of the hotel property, and reporting any incidents or concerns to the manager on duty
- Cleaning reception and public areas
- Serving drinks and meals as required
- Taking payments for accommodation or bar service

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
