**About the Role**:

- Upgrades and Patches: Stay up to date with the latest Ping releases, security patches, and updates. Plan and execute IAM platform upgrades to maintain system security and performance.
- Implement the enhancement designed by the IAM architect/SME.
- Take lead on P2 incidents and seek assistance from SME if required.
- Assist the SME on P1 incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the platform.
- Perform Bug fixes of the platform.
- Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to detect and respond to security incidents related to IAM systems using Prometheus.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM systems, configurations, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing among team members.

**What experience you'll bring (at least 3-4 years)**:

- Perform upgrades for the platform (Ping AM, DS, IG, IDM)
- Develop custom scripts (groovy/JavaScript) for AM trees.
- Develop custom connectors (Groovy) for Identity Management.
- REST API Development using Java or PHP
- Prometheus and Grafana
- Automate policies and configurations using AM and IDM API’s.
- Writing re-write rules for Httpd and Tomcat.
- LDAP Schema development.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Good to have**:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in ADO.
- Certifications in Ping (formerly ForgeRock) or other IAM technologies are highly advantageous.
