The Relationship Manager is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Develop, maintain and grow a customer portfolio with sustainable long-term client relationships
Alight with overall business strategies to source new business, maximise existing businesses, and increase performance and effectiveness
Collaborate with product partners and other important stakeholders to ensure effective and value-added solutions are identified for customers while minimising all potential risks

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience in relationship management, business development, portfolio and/or account management
Previous experience in banking/financial/accounting, or relevant business experience would be beneficial, but not essential
Previous experience within the property lending space would be advantageous
Confident relationship building skills in networking, negotiating and influencing to enhance customer relationships, and growth in portfolios
An analytical and growth mind set, with experience in evaluating financial accounts, budgets and cash-flow
Expertise translating information into insights
Ability to be proactive, approach challenges with a ‘can-do’ attitude, and act decisively with information on hand
