Servicenow Architect

**ServiceNow Architect**:
The ServiceNow IRM Architect role is responsible designing, implementing, and co-leading the development of IRM strategies for client solutions. Involvement in the pre-sales cycle, and lead the ServiceNow's IRM product development teams, across various industries.

In this role, you will be involved from the pre-sales client meetings through the design, development and deployment of custom IRM frameworks seamlessly integrating them with other ServiceNow modules and external systems. Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their unique risk profiles, craft effective risk management solutions and then empower the internal customer teams through workshops and training.
- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with other members of the team to gather requirements, design solutions, and test implementations
- Run design workshops
- Lead the development and delivery

**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field and ideally Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (IRM focus).
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and compliance with proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (technical & business stakeholders).
- Proven ability to build and lead a team of consultants.
- Governance, Risk and Cyber industry certifications would be a plus.
