**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate various models and types of tractors fitted with specialised agricultural equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on tractors and other farming equipment, scheduling repairs as necessary.
- Load and unload goods using tractor attachments.
- Follow set routes and schedules to complete tasks.
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the management for task planning and performance reviews.
- Attend training sessions as required to update knowledge and skills.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of farm operations modern farming equipment, including various types of tractors and attachments. Any operating experience will be an added advantage.
- Mechanical mindset to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farming equipment.
- Ability to work in different weather conditions and willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
- Possession of a valid drivers licence or an ability to get one, with a clean driving record.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Physical strength and stamina to work long hours.
