Bookkeeper - You will report direct to Manager Or director.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts by using computer system
- Processing payments
- Conducting daily banking activities
- Producing various financial reports
- Reconciling records such as bank statements.
- Issue invoices to customers
- Ensure the receivables are collected promptly
- Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Issue and verify financial statements and if any error rectifies or inform management
- Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements and GST
- Purchase orders as required
- Maintain annual budgets and accounts and prepare reports of expenditures.

RELEVANT WORK EXEERIENCE or RELEVANT QUALFICATION -will an advantage for role.

Business open for 7 days. HOURS FOR WORK WEEKLY - 32-35

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.76 - $30.00 per hour
